Welcome Art Lovers

Originally a Computer Design Engineer,Consultant, and teacher, he painted in oils and acrylics in the 1980's. Retiring in 2000 to Connestee Falls (Brevard), North Carolina, he started painting in water media and doing pen and ink drawings.

Since coming to Connestee Falls, NC, Joe has taken courses in drawing, watercolor techniques, and oil painting from noted national and local artists.
