ketchbooks are used as a planning device for future works or for practice. In this book, artists put down their thoughts, much in the same way that an author works with an outline. In any endeavor, we must plan, compose, design with colors, with darks and lights, cool and warm. It matters not what our product is - a song, sonnet, saga, salacious soothing submersion, seascape or silence - we all follow this path towards our creations.
